Salt crystallizer provides high purity salt for chemical grade, pharmaceutical or food grade salts. It is a high efficiency and energy saving condenser. It operates under vacuum and low-temperature conditions and provides rapid evaporation.

It is suitable for crystallization of viscous and highly concentrated materials. We design crystallizers that will provide fast crystallization and low energy consumption.

Crystallizer | Working Principle

Vacuum evaporator consists of a crystallizer 2 heater, 2 separators, a vapor-liquid separator, condenser, vacuum pump, forced circulation pump, discharge pump, cockpit pump, electric cabinet, and a working platform. All pipe fittings, valves, equipment are supplied with the system. Salt-water mixture in the laminar pans crystallizes with steam under pressure, and because of the high pressure, the vapor from each pan is enough to crystallize the other pan.

Heater

Separator

It is a vertical type separator. The secondary vapor passes through a vapor-liquid separator before entering the condenser. The separator base is connected by a forced circulation pump.

Condenser

Secondary vapor formed during evaporation makes condensation easier by making it liquid with cooling water. Meanwhile, the second steam and the non-condensing steam separate from the cooling water are pumped by the vacuum pump.
