Centrifuge Pump

Centrifugal pump is a type of pump consisting of a winged propeller in a body. Centrifugal pumps are used for fluid transport. In the salt processing line, it provides that salt slurry is sent from one machine to the other. Pumps are often used to recirculate saltwater in high-pressure systems at various desalination plants.

We produce our centrifugal pump in accordance with the standards. When producing the machine, we take into account the customer needs and use the parts which can withstand the corrosive nature of salt.

In centrifugal pumps, there is the main element, called a wheel, which revolves around the fixed axis at an angular velocity. This wheel is obtained by placing centripetal wings between two parallel discs. One of the disks is thickened around the axis and connected to a mile. A fluid particle in the wheel, while rotating with the wheel, on the one hand, abandons the system by acting on the wheel on the other hand.

Centrifugal pumps are used in corrosive environments such as salt minerals and are produced with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, thermoplastic. All metal parts in contact with the fluid are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. In addition, periodically washing the pump with fresh water prolongs the life of the pump.
